Valir Health accepts most forms of health insurance and will submit patient claims. If the patient’s insurance plan is not listed below, please call us as we are adding new plans regularly. Valir also works with plans that are out of network.

Because your insurance plan is a contract between the patient and the patient’s insurance company, it is the patient’s responsibility to remit payment for any services not covered by his or her carrier.

Valir Physical Therapy files claims with all insurance carriers.  Valir’s staff will file patient’s claims and verify insurance benefits, co-pays, and deductible information. Valir Physical Therapy accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and money orders.
