Our therapists are highly specialized in rehabilitation, and use compassion, commitment, and the latest research to guide their patients through the recovery process. We specialize in returning function to patients with injuries related to general orthopedics (pre- and post-operative), joint replacements, spine injuries, balance/strength deficits, sports medicine injuries, and much more!

Valir Newcastle Clinic specializes in pediatrics, hand therapy and Balance Testing.

We conduct all balance tests using our Biosway machine. This machine is used to cater to athletes in our community and the elderly as a means to create a baseline for stability. Valir clinics use the Biosway machine to test how much sway or movement a patient has in their body. If a patient ever has a significant injury, such as a concussion, the therapist is able to track their improvement and determine when they are able to return to their sport or daily activity safely.
