Valir Physical Therapy Northpark has been serving the north Oklahoma City community since August 2004. Our goal at the Valir Northpark clinic is to provide patient specific treatment tailored toward assisting you in achieving your individualized goals and desired outcomes. Our therapists will work with you to determine the cause of your symptoms to allow for quick, effective, and lasting outcomes. You will receive evidence based care consisting of advanced manual therapy and exercise prescription to help you reduce pain, optimize movement, improve function and prevent future injury.
We hope to empower our clients as we provide individualized home exercise programs and self treatment techniques to maintain improvements gained during your time at Valir. John Howard, PT, DPT, SCS is a native of Wewoka, Oklahoma where he began developing his interest in medicine and rehabilitation.
John graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2011 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and became a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist in 2014, an honor held by less than 1% of licensed physical therapists and earned by those individuals with expert knowledge in the management and care of patients and athletes with orthopedic and sports injuries.
John is a member of the sports and orthopedic sections of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association. His interests in the field of physical therapy include working with patients with post-operative shoulder and knee diagnoses, prevention and rehabilitation of sports and orthopedic injuries and manual therapy.
During his free time, John enjoys being with his wife, family and friends, spending time outdoors, playing golf, and attending OU athletic events.
Hiley Hall, PT, DPT grew up in Oklahoma City.
Hiley graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Fitness Management. She earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Langston University in 2009.
Hiley’s clinical experience includes orthopedics, neuological, sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, and spinal dysfunctions. She has a special interest in spinal dysfunctions and chronic pain. She completed a year long manual therapy mentorship in 2013 to be proficient in Osteopathic Manual Therapy which includes techniques of MET, Functional Release, and Cranial-sacral therapy.
Hiley lives in Piedmont with her husband and two sons. She enjoys golf, softball, basketball, attending Sooner athletic events, spending time with her family, and vacationing at the beach.
