Valir Physical Therapy in Purcell opened its doors to the McClain County community in October 2008. Our objective is and always has been to provide an expert level of physical therapy services to all we serve in Purcell and the greater area. We also strive to provide patient education and therapies that will help patients achieve their maximum level of function in a friendly, professional, encouraging environment.
Our services include specialized orthopedic rehabilitation of shoulders and knees, sports medicine with sport-specific rehabilitation, pre- and postoperative rehab, spine rehabilitation, balance dysfunction, work conditioning, patient education for a better work environment, aquatic therapy and much more.
Patient and therapists work together to establish goals that are challenging yet achievable to maximize outcomes. We develop individualized home exercise programs for patients to promote healing and recovery and to prevent future injuries.

Manager Levi Cordes, DPT, was born in Ponca City and grew up in Tonkawa. After high school Levi studied pre-medicine at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. He received an associate degree in Arts and Sciences and graduated in 2007 with outstanding honors. Levi completed the rest of his prerequisites for physical therapy school at University of Oklahoma in Norman and was accepted into the physical therapy program at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2008. He received his Bachelor’s of Health Studies from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2009. He completed his graduate coursework and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy May 2011 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Levi joined the Valir team in south Oklahoma City in June 2011, where he is dedicated to returning patients to work, play, and sports.
Other than providing care to the people of the Metro area, Levi loves spending time with his wife, Tatiana, family, and friends. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing basketball.
Blaine Lind, PTA, joined the Valir Physical Therapy team in 2006 as an intern in Shawnee and became a Physical Therapy Technician at our South clinic while attending Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) school. Blaine was born and raised in East Texas, and moved to Oklahoma to attend OBU on a softball scholarship. She played softball at OBU from 2006-2008, and graduated from OBU in 2009 with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Pre Allied Health. She went on to attend Oklahoma City Community College and graduated with her Associates Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in May 2012. Blaine has worked in some of our busiest outpatient orthopedic settings, and she brings this vast and diverse experience to our Purcell location.
Blaine is married and has two Yorkies named Maximus and Alli. Blaine enjoys anything outdoors, cooking, knitting, being crafty, and playing with her dogs.
