Valir Ranked as Top Workplace

twp_oklahoman_portrait_2016_awValir Health has been ranked one of the five Top Workplace’s in Oklahoma for 2016 by The Oklahoman, now on the list for a fourth consecutive year.

The Top Workplaces competition is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics LLC. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including pay and benefits, company values, confidence in leadership, culture, and employee engagement and growth opportunities.

Valir ranked has high rankings due to its employee’s benefits package, which emphasizes choice, giving employees the opportunity to design an overall package that meets their individual needs. Full-time employees also receive paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability coverage. The plan includes flexible spending accounts and an optional longevity bonus plan.

According to survey results, an employee described Valir has a Top Workplace because it offers a flexible schedule, wide variety of day-to-day tasks, confidence in integrity and know-how of the leader and members of their department.
