2025 was an exciting and impactful year for Valir PACE!
We proudly opened Valir PACE Shawnee, welcomed our first participants, and expanded our reach to serve more older adults with comprehensive, community-based care.
Across our programs, Valir PACE served 11 percent more participants than in 2024 and reduced hospitalization rates by 50 percent from the first quarter to the fourth through coordinated, interdisciplinary care, improving health outcomes and quality of life.
Throughout the year, our teams provided more than 43,000 transportation rides and 79,000 nutritious meals across the Oklahoma City metro area. None of this progress would have been possible without the dedication of our staff, whose commitment continues to strengthen our services and participant experience as we move confidently into 2026.
