From food banks to senior apartment partnerships, the Valir PACE team is deeply rooted in the communities we serve. Our outreach coordinators build lasting relationships with caregivers, case managers, and housing providers to ensure every eligible senior learns about the support available to them through PACE.
We actively participate in community events, health fairs, and educational forums—strengthening our network and extending our mission.
